The beautiful city of Edinburgh was my home from a very young age and my career has included a variety of jobs, ranging from amateur ice skater, to the years travelling the world as airline crew.  But from the moment I put my hands on a pair of feet at an introductory reflexology workshop in 2001, I knew I had found my calling.  The following year I graduated with Distinction from the Cheryl Butler School of Reflexology in Brighton, UK.  I then found that being involved in the world of complementary therapies opened up doors to a whole new way of life, including spirituality, esoteric teachings and the wonders of working with Universal healing energy.

Over the following years I became increasingly interested in the mental and emotional connections of dis-ease in the physical body and it was finally in 2005 when I studied with Chris Stormer from South Africa, and learnt her wonderful Universal Technique in Reflexology and the Universal Approach to Health and Healing that everything fell into place.

I firmly believe that we all have the power within ourselves to heal our physical ailments, if we so wish.  By simply wanting to address our dis-eases, aches and pains, however chronic or mild they may be, we are taking the first step on the healing journey.  I aim to bring comfort, relief and inspiration to mind, body and soul, in a confidential and peaceful environment.
