They are designed as fun, relaxed and inspirational days that involve hands on participation.
Shorter presentations and talks are also available to suit all age groups.

Universal Reflexology and the Healing Journey

2-Day Workshop

Universal Reflexology addresses the true healing of mind, body and spirit solely through the reflex areas and points on the feet. Understanding the body and the emotional root causes of dis-ease is the first step on a healing journey that will open up doors to optimum health, happiness, inner peace and fulfilment.

This 2-day workshop will teach you the techniques and insights of Universal Reflexology and help you open your mind to the multi-dimensional aspects of true healing. You will learn how to work with energy, colour, affirmations and a light touch, in order to tune into the emotions behind the dis-ease and so become free to move forward in life.

This workshop will inspire you to look beyond the physical aspects of healing and encourage you to look within. Both days will be full of fun participation and involve hands on experience in learning this indepth technique in Reflexology.

An Introduction to Universal Reflexology and the Healing Journey

1-Day Workshop

This one day introductory workshop will reveal the workings of Universal Reflexology and how our emotions and belief systems are the root cause of dis-ease.
You will learn about energy, the power of the mind, reflexology theory and how to give a 20 minute reflexology treatment that you can use for all your family and friends.
The day will be full of participation, hands on experience and inspiration to embark on your own healing journey!
